Directed and produced by Mark Becker & Aaron Schock, this documentary follows the life of Yolanda Signorelli (widow of Harold von Braunhut, the inventor of Sea-Monkeys) and the legal battle against Big Time Toys, which unlawfully wanted to claim ownership of the Sea-Monkey brand.
This documentary has been in production for almost ten years, and had the working title of Instant Life. At the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, an early work-in-progress version was screened.
This documentary will have its world premiere at South by Southwest, happening from March 12-18, 2026, in Texas. We’re looking forward to the reviews & future news about this documentary.
